We believe that the Coalition Government's actions:

  • violate Consumer rights and harm over 120,000 households who have acted in good faith
  • fatally undermine the rule of law (retroactive legislation is banned in almost all other western countries, as it means that no law or government ruling can be relied upon)
  • destroyed solar businesses who now cannot instal systems they have bought and paid for
